About the Role

Public Works Advisory and Regional Development incorporate the business units of Regional Development, Regional Programs, Public Works Advisory, and the Deputy Secretary's Office and seek two enthusiastic strategy and engagement experts to join our expanding Office of the Deputy Secretary (ODS).

Joining the newly established ODS Strategy and Engagement Team, you will work on and lead projects that contribute towards internal culture and collaboration and coordinate strategic initiatives to drive internal business improvement.

About You

Our new team members will have excellent project management and communications skills, be collaborative, demonstrate the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and have an eye for strategic planning and business improvement.

We promote an agile workforce and are open to allocating tasks between these two roles. So, whether you excel at both internal communication and collaboration and strategic business improvement or are a specialist in either of these areas, we are keen to hear from you.

A talent pool may be created from this recruitment action for ongoing and temporary roles of the same standard that may become available for filling over the next eighteen months. The successful applicant in this role may be required to undergo a police check, health assessment and other assessments as required.
