Central West Local Land Services (LLS) is looking for a passionate people manager to inspire a team of NRM specialists responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects focused on improving the ecological condition of rural landscapes across the Central West region of NSW.

As the Team Leader – Natural Resource Management, you'll be responsible for:

• Guiding a high performing team plus developing strategies for their continued growth
• Overseeing the delivery of Australian Government-funded projects
• Working collaboratively, as part of the wider management team, to plan & deliver integrated services for our customers
• Consulting on, planning and preparing functional area plans and funding applications
• Engaging and connecting with key Agriculture & NRM networks, stakeholder groups and individuals
• Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting - both internally and to external funding bodies
• Identifying emerging issues and developing appropriate mitigation responses
