Senior Project Manager

• Multiple temporary full-time positions with an initial contract term of 3-years
• Location: Willing to consider candidates across all NSW locations. Preference will be given to candidates based regionally, with a focus on Queanbeyan, Armidale, Dubbo and Coffs Harbour 
• Hybrid work model from home and office, there will be an expectation that you will live within a reasonable distance to one of our office locations.

About the role

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with extensive knowledge in Infrastructure Design and/or Construction, or alternatively Project Management to get involved with some meaningful Regional projects across NSW.

The Senior Project Manager will be part of a dynamic team to deliver Grant Program Assurance for funded projects across NSW, providing strategic program management and oversight with a focus on ensuring the prosperity of regional communities, businesses and industry.

This role will need;

• Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in Infrastructure Project Management.
• Positive communication and leadership skills for state-wide working
• Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills
• Expert knowledge of all things Project Management, such as government procurement, project planning, government contracts and infrastructure delivery.

About you

Our ideal candidates will be motivated with strong communication and proven understanding and has solid experience in the planning, evaluation and/or delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. 

• A tertiary qualification in any of the following: Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building or construction and/or related discipline or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to compose correspondence, reports and briefings.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deliverables simultaneously; excellent time and project management skills.
• High-level expertise in Records Management and MS Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to drive to and work in remote locations which may include overnight stays.
