About Us

At NSW Public Works (NSWPW) we provide core asset advisory services and assist our State and Local Government clients to deliver significant infrastructure projects that support NSW regional and rural communities. Our expertise in advisory services, planning, design, delivery and maintenance of engineering, building, roads, waste, coastal and environmental projects enables us to maximise value for our clients and manage risks in their infrastructure programs and in the management of their assets.

About the role

This Project Management role will form part of our Moruya based team.  This role contributes as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering professional project management and advisory services for NSW.

In this role you will be assisting senior project managers working on the following exciting projects across the south eastern parts of NSW.

• Water and sewer reticulation
• Water treatment plants
• Sewage treatment plant
• Sewage pump station upgrades
• Other projects dependent on your skills and experience

About you

To be successful in this role our ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experience and knowledge of end to end project management concepts
• Construction procurement knowledge and experience
• Capability to foster business relationships
• Experience of water and sewer related projects

To be considered for this role, you must meet the essential requirements, which can be found in the role description and includes:

• Degree qualification/s in Project Management, Engineering, Building or construction (civil, environmental, mechanical) and relevant field experience which includes a minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in project or contract management on construction projects;
• Demonstrable reading and writing abilities, and attention to detail; and
• A valid NSW Driver’s Licence and a willingness to travel within NSW which may include overnight stays; and
• Employment screening checks, security or other clearances and health assessments.
