Central West Local Land Services (LLS) are looking for an Organisational Performance and Planning Officer (SLSO) to join the team.
In this position you will work closely with staff, stakeholders and the community and be responsible for coordinating and planning the development, implementation and evaluation of programs, plans and processes to ensure Central West LLS is delivering services which support land managers, landscape priorities, and investor and community preferences.
Your role will be a varied one and you will be responsible for such tasks as:
About You:
To be successful you’ll need to have demonstrated experience with the planning cycle and the monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvement process.
You’ll be a people person and have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to enable excellent internal and external customer service, as well as excellent project management and organisational skills.
A big picture thinker, you’ll also be able to see the small things and the steps required to achieve a whole of business approach to planning and delivery.
The capacity to understand legislation and policy as it relates to natural resource management, agriculture, biosecurity, emergency management and natural disaster emergency management operations is also required.
