Our Regional Programs branch ensures sector excellence and leadership in the design, delivery and evaluation of programs to support social and economic outcomes for regional NSW through the administration of the $3bn Regional Growth Fund. Our work is structured and procedural with a focus on strong governance, quality systems and transparency in government administration.
We play a crucial leadership role that supports improved outcomes in economic development and community wellbeing for regional NSW. Our programs and staff are focused on growing regional economies, communities and employment and improving quality of life for regional communities.

The Opportunity
This role will lead a team in the coordination and delivery of regional development programs, providing strategic and program management and oversight.
Working as a Manager Regional Programs, your day will consist of but not be limited to:
About You
You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships of a collaborative nature. You welcome the challenge of managing relationships with government agencies, exercising diplomacy and judgement when liaising with advisory bodies and other federal, state and local agencies.
You are experienced in identifying opportunities and risks to successfully deliver programs and strategies.
Your previous experience in managing a team to deliver outcomes within tight deadlines while ensuring adherence to governance processes and policies will provide the foundation for your effectiveness in this role.
