Central West Local Land Services (LLS) have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team and play an integral part of an established Leadership Team.

In this critical senior role, your work will be multifaceted and will see you providing high level expert technical advice and recommendations to the Chair, Board, General Manager, staff and stakeholders on strategic projects and LLS activities. You will also provide a coordinated and comprehensive evaluation of information and data from multiple sources, ensuring awareness of emergent and sensitive issues.

You will lead and manage the planning, development and delivery of key strategic and operational initiatives across multiple function areas, undertake research activities and liaise with senior management and their staff on a wide range of complex strategic issues.

To be successful in this position you’ll need to be a motivated leader with the drive to ensure excellence in service delivery, stakeholder engagement and leadership. You’ll have proven experience planning, developing & delivering key strategic & operational initiatives.

You’ll be comfortable providing expert advice at a senior leadership level and have the resilience to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment. You’ll also have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to juggle multiple competing priorities.

A current Drivers Licence and the ability and willingness to travel and work away from home on a regular basis is also an essential requirement of this role.
