Our group comprises of Regional Development, Regional Programs and Recovery Programs. This role sits in the Office of the Deputy Secretary supporting group wide strategy, co-ordination and decision making.
The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Correspondence and Briefings to join our busy and dynamic team. Reporting to the Director, Office of the Deputy Secretary, the Manager Correspondence and Briefings provides strategic advice and ensure the delivery of the groups correspondence and briefings including the preparation and coordination of quality and timely Ministerial and Secretarial correspondence, speeches, briefing notes and related materials to meet the requirements of the Deputy Secretary and Minister’s Office. The role will also co-ordinate input from across our group on a number of routine requests including coordination of cabinet submissions.
The role has a high degree of autonomy in terms of day to day priorities and will be the predominate contact between the relevant Ministerial offices and across the Regional Development and Programs group for all ministerial and parliamentary matters.
