The Leader Business Services will

  • be responsible for the coordination and supervision of a team of customer service and administration staff.
  • have experience working in a demanding environment with a high workload and managing conflicting priorities efficiently and effectively.   
  • develop and implement customer service plans and strategies to enable an environment of continuous improvement.  
  • develop and lead the implementation and maintenance of a range of administrative and financial systems and procedures to ensure effective organisational support to the region including procurement, asset control, office accommodation and fleet management.
  • support the effective delivery of day to day financial operations of the region including timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivables
  • promote business process improvement through the use of technology and promoting efficiencies and delivering value to our customers.  


About You:

You’ll have excellent people management skills with a broad knowledge of standard finance and business processes. In conjunction with your team, you will need to continually deliver high quality business outcomes across a geographically dispersed region.  

Your outstanding communication, networking, negotiation and collaboration skills will also be critical to the success of this role.
