About You
This is an opportunity to be part of the broader human resource team in the role of Industrial Relations Specialist. In this role, you will be partnering with a broad range of clients to provide specialist advice and guidance on employment conditions and industrial matters to support HR strategies and resolve people issues.
In this role, you will work closely with the Manager Industrial Relations day to day to provide subject matter expertise and advice, helping our leaders navigate the industrial landscape. You will collaborate with central agencies on projects and initiatives as well as liaising with other subject matters experts internally and externally to drive business outcomes.

You will be a professional and passionate ambassador for the broader HR team and enjoy working with peers and team members to upskill and increase team knowledge across the group. The team consists of three professionals and our clients are varied and diverse in their offerings, which means every day brings new challenges. You’ll be someone that is able to think outside the box to create solutions for complex problems and see obstacles as challenges rather than roadblocks.
