About the Role

This exciting role is responsible for coordinating statewide programs in both the delivery and development of the Conservation and Ecosystem Management and Indigenous Land Management training programs at Tocal College.

This role will involve the coordination and delivery of quality training and assessment services to both fulltime and part time students with a focus on the Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management, specialising in Indigenous Land Management.

Essential Requirements

  • We’re seeking someone with a Degree in Environmental Science /Land Management or a related field AND a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or the ability to obtain the certificate within an agreed timeframe.
  • You’ll also need a current NSW Driver License with the ability and willingness to travel.
  • A current Working With Children Check is also an essential requirement of the position or willingness to obtain

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to coordinate and work with a range of stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure the continuous improvement of training activities. Your ability to deliver training in a variety of methods including online, face to face and to specific groups will be key to success.
