We have a unique opportunity for a commercially astute senior executive in our team. The Deputy Secretary Regional Precincts and Chief Executive, Regional Growth Development Corporation is responsible for delivering strategic, commercial and community outcomes, maintaining strong local government, stakeholder and community support for all activities funded by the $4.2 billion Snowy Hydro Legacy Fund including the Special Activation Precincts program and overseeing grant programs. About You 

You will be a high-performing, commercially minded individual with prior experience operating at a Senior Executive level. You will have a proven ability to balance the operational with day-to-day issues management and have a capacity to develop and implement a strategic approach that aligns with the goals and aspirations of the department.  

You will be a customer-centric individual who is focused on driving a culture of collaboration, creativity and inclusion as well as recognising the importance of building strong relationships across teams and with key stakeholders internally within RNSW and externally.

Tertiary qualifications in economics, business/finance, legal or risk management, construction, engineering or project management and or/significant experience will be received favourably.

You will have proven experience working within a large and complex organisation and be able to successfully lead and guide a team across multiple diverse locations whilst balancing the health and wellbeing of your staff with delivering outcomes for the department.
