The North Coast Local Land Services region extends from Tweed Shire Council in the north to Port Macquarie-Hastings Council in the south. As the Customer Service and Admin Support Officer you will:

• Be our frontline customer service representative with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Provide high quality administrative services that enable our staff and offices to function effectively.
• Maintain and manage customer information with confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.
• Provide accurate and timely accounts receivable services including taking payments and issuing receipts and invoices.
• Be a team player who is also able to work independently to deliver multiple activities within specific timeframes.

You’ll also need to have a current NSW Driver Licence, and the capacity and willingness to travel throughout the region as required.
