NSW Primary Industries (NSW DPI) within Department of Regional NSW supports the development of profitable primary industries that create a more prosperous NSW and contributes to a better environment through the sustainable use of natural resources.

About the Role

The Clerk Program Administration will monitor and record student progress and payments and provides administrative and support services to the Skills Training Team to enable the efficient operation of the Branch.

Key responsibilities for the Clerk Program Administration role include, but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to Tocal College’s Skills Training Program and full qualification programs including targeted training events
  • Collect and compile information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements
  • Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information.
  • Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes
  • Follow all procedures for data submission and reporting under training contractual requirements with State organisations and the National RTO Standards

This role reports to the Team Leader.

The successful applicant in this role may be required to undergo a police check, health assessment and other assessments as required.
