About Local Land Services:
Local Land Services (LLS) is an Executive Agency related to the DRNSW cluster.  It provides quality, customer-focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This regionally based organisation brings together a wide range of service and advisory functions including agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management, land management, biodiversity, emergency services, private native forestry and the Soil Conservation Service.

About the Role:
This position will provide Executive support to the LLS Chair and provide secretariat support to the LLS Board, multiple Board committees and executive team as required. You will also be required to facilitate the effective and efficient flow of information in and out of LLS to the Minister’s office. The role acts as a central liaison between the Chair, CEO, Board, committee convenors and executive support team, coordinating activities and information flow.|

This position has a strong focus on both internal and external stakeholder management.  You will be coordinating with various stakeholders, sometimes regarding quite sensitive information, whilst building strong long-term relationships and to facilitate Board activities and outcomes.

You will also be required to undertake secretariat support services by co-ordinating the collation, distribution and record keeping of Board and committee meeting agendas, papers, minutes and communiques ensuring they are timely and accurate.

About You:

You will be able to understand and navigate the complex environment in which we operate and escalate issues as they arise. You will be an accomplished relationship builder across all levels and be able to leverage these relationships as required.
