The RAA is part of the DPI Infrastructure Investment & Business Development Branch and works to deliver programs that provide rural support and enhance connections with our communities. The RAA has decades of experience and expertise in the assessment and administration of financial assistance schemes to primary producers and small business operators in NSW on behalf of both the NSW and Australian Governments.

Two exciting newly created opportunities are available within RAA to provide a high quality and responsive customer service in application assessment and processing services to support the delivery of the Authority’s financial assistance programs.

The successful applicants will provide a wide range of professional administrative and support services to enable the efficient operation the RAA grant applications. In these varied roles you will meet tight deadlines, undertake heavy workloads with applications and respond to unexpected changes in schedules. 

A knowledge of grant processes and demonstrated experience in dealing with sensitive enquiries or complaints will be highly regarded.
