  • Temporary Part Time 0.8 FTE role located in Deniliquin or Albury (2 year contract)
  • Annual salary from $74,117 + superannuation
  • Provide a broad range of administrative and customer services support to MLLS teams.

Murray Local Land Services are looking for a switched-on all-rounder to provide high quality & professional administration support for the regional teams and customers.

As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for a variety of word processing, records management, data entry, office administration and business systems support to field staff and will be required to: 

  • Provide business systems support to staff in the AB&W, Invasive Species, TSR & NRM teams.
  • Provide advice and support on Procurement matters, to ensure guidelines and correct processes are followed.
  • Provide advice and support in the generation and completion of contract documents to ensure correct contract templates are used & completed documents are correctly saved to the records management system.
  • Complete the purchase order creation process and supplier invoice processing.
  • Assist staff with ensuring indemnity documents and invoice requests are correct and current.
  • Support the Monitoring Evaluation Reporting and Improvement Officer (MERI) in delivering the MERI function.
  • Maintain documentation & registers relating to Animal Biosecurity, District Vet, Invasive Pests, TSR & NRM activities.

About You: 

As you can see this is a hands-on role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude looking for that next step in their career. You’ll need to have strong, professional communication skills, an eye for the detail and be someone who’s comfortable both processing accurate data and information, as well as speaking to both internal and external customers. 
 
Previous experience in an administration role would be an advantage, along with experience in using various business systems.
