We are helping develop best-practice productivity and digital capability in the NSW public sector and driving public sector diversity by 2025. The Premier has set three key priorities to achieve by 2025:
Fifty per cent of senior leadership roles will be held by women.
We will increase the number of Aboriginal people in senior leadership roles.
People with a disability will hold 5.6 per cent of government sector roles.
These priorities will make a significant difference to enhance the quality of life of the people of NSW.
